This morning I attended the 8:30
-10:30 a.m. ISO Awareness training session. I was
quite impressed with the presentation,
and the presenter, Ralph Hildebrand.
Even though we have had other ISO training sessions,
this one was different. Mr.
Hildebrand somehow made us look at ISO
from a different perspective, and was quite
good in involving his audience in the presentation. He urged us to look at 'life' situations
and apply them to the principles of
ISO. Hopefully, we all came away with added enthusiasm for the ISO program, and
a determination to 'continuously improve'

Company for ISO 9000 class we just
completed. Your effort made what could have been a very
dry and laborious 3 hours per evening
into a very enjoyable and informative experience. I will be

From the course I received a thorough
understanding of the background and history of the ISO
movement. I also feel I have been prepared in the proper
way to address all the applicable

registration has been earned.
I now feel prepared with the training
